How does inventory acceptance work?
The business creates a stock transfer with the items and quantities it is sending. Warehouse staff physically count usable items, record differences, then accept the counted quantities. Only accepted stock becomes available for fulfilment.
How can I try the warehouse workflow?
Use the demo role selector in the top bar to switch to Warehouse view. Open a stock transfer, enter the actual usable counts, save the count, then accept the stock. This switch is only for demonstrating the two roles; it is not production access control.
What happens when the business makes a sale?
Create a delivery order with your business sale reference, sold items, quantities, and delivery details. Available stock is reserved. Warehouse staff dispatch the order, deduct the units from storage, and update the delivery status.
Does this portal have a shop or customer chat?
No. Businesses make sales through their own channels. This portal manages inventory and fulfilment for businesses and warehouse staff; it has no customer-facing shopping or engagement features.
Is this connected to a real warehouse?
No. This is an interactive UI sample with illustrative stock and orders. Changes are kept in this browser only. No real goods, courier, customer messages, or payments are involved.
